A: THRIVE Lab is a vibrant community of like-minded experts, passionate about sharing their message and helping one another on the path to success. In order to keep that conversation constructive, and reflective of the values that our members share, we've created some simple guidelines.
- We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. We encourage a lively discussion where points of disagreement are viewed as opportunities for members to learn from each other.
- Help each other out. Offer constructive feedback and support whenever possible. Give more than you take. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. (That means: no links or lead generation attempts, no affiliate links, no JV promotions.) If you recommend a tool, program, or service that you like and use often, please post directly with no affiliate links.
- Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Bullying of any kind will likely result in the automatic termination of your membership.
- Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
That all being said, have fun, build relationships, learn and share!
